MPD 5 1/8″ 5K DNV OS-E101 Offshore Buffer manifold package with 16DA Valve & BOP Control Panel and Accumulator rack skid
The MTC Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) Buffer manifold and Control system package with
Accumulator rack has been designed and manufactured to complement the existing range of MTC MPD Back pressure control manifolds and related equipment to offer the Drilling and Well service industry providers an all in one complete solution to their needs for DNV-OS-E101 offshore class rig ready equipment from stock or with an advanced delivery.
In addition to the above the package includes a fully integrated touch screen HMI panel which
can be positioned near the equipment or on the rig floor if required to allow remote control via the Control panel and Accumulator rack of up to 16 Double Acting (DA) gate valves and an Annular BOP. As there are 9 gate valves on the Buffer manifold this will allow the remote control of an additional 7 standalone double acting gate valves if and when required.
To complete the package we have also included a complete generic set of API 16D certified control hoses for up to 16 DA gate valves and an annular BOP.
Finally we have designed the package component skids and frames to fit into standard shipping containers to allow fast and cost effective mobilization by container vessel from our manufacturing and packaging base in the Jebel Ali Free Zone to the region of operations.
